Hi, we need to get the popup to pay the ransom for one of our client (no good backup available). Look like the antivirus put the threat in quarantine but now we cannot get the link to pay the 300$ (if we had another choice, we would not pay but since we don't have a valid backup, we are screwed). 

Is there a trick to get the popup going so we could pay the damn 300$ and get this over with ?
