We manage about 20 customers that were using SEP.
After Symantec to Broadcom migration (that honestly is still a pain) we created new boradcom account to manage Licenses on Broadcom support portal, but I haven't found a way to enable admin acess to ICDM portal (the cloud console for Symantec Endpoint Security).
So contacting our customers we have discovered that Broadcom has sent email for activation of the admin portal at some of the employee, we manage to access SES admin portal, and creating a new admin account for the same email adress that has admin access to Broadcom Support portal, and an admin account on our domain support email to be able to access the management console in a similar way of what is the parthner console of SES (thet will be discontinued soon) and manage all customers in one place.
