I have been battling a domain-wide problem for the past few months which up until now we haven't been able to resolve other than to uninstall the Kaspersky NDIS filter from each system.
The problem we are experiencing is that Microsoft's NCSI function is showing the computer as having "limited connectivity". The major headache we have here is that it stops Microsoft Office applications from talking to Sharepoint when a user tries to save a document back from within said application.
For a short time, if we uninstalled the Kaspersky NDIS Filter from the network adaptor, and stopped the relevant service found in Device Manager, the problem would go away for 24-48 hours until the agent repaired itself. Lately this fix has been very intermittent.
We are not using full-blown Kaspersky, it is LANDesk AntiVirus which is just Kaspersky...
