Eset Nod 32 antivirus scan deletes infected files

Hi,

We have few word and excel files which are infected and detected by Eset nod32 antivirus as

win32/autorun.vbe.aqe but files are quarantined instead of cleaning infected files. we need those files. Is there option to clean infected files??
