enterprise client AV that stops ransomware

We currently run Trend officescan. We got hit with ransomware last week and are still finding locked files.

We've had other issues with Trend in the past not blocking or cleaning viruses/malware/etc

Anyone have recommendations for an Enterprise level ~1700 seats globally that does stop and detect ransomware/malware/AV?
