Central Managed AV

I was looking to see what other options there are. We are currently using Malwarebytes Business with Central Management (their cloud version). 

I was wanting feedback to see if there was anything cheaper, and better free/open source.   Central management would be nice but is not a must if it's free or cheap (several hundred dollars a year).   I love Malwarebytes, but I need to cut costs and have been looking into more open-source things.
