Webroot uninstall

Hi,

Due to a new manager, and an ever-tightening budget (we are a non-profit public library), we are not going to renew our Webroot subscription this year. We use Webroot SecureAnywhere, and it is all console driven, so uninstalling directly is not an option (at least that I can find). I have been sending commands to deactivate, and by looking at the logs, I can tell which uninstall commands were executed.

I have to admit, the silent install and uninstall is a bit unnerving for this old school gal, and I worry I have overlooked something obvious. Is this the best practice for uninstalling?

I have found some computers that are not responding, and when I look further, their status is not seen recently. If I go hands-on with the system, it looks ok. I think I found a workaround to "wake" it up by going to my account, clicking about, and then...
