Webroot blocked a file

I need help. I have added webroot to on of my app servers and I got a threat back. the file is WINEXESVC.EXE. I looked it up and found this.https://community.webroot.com/got-a-question-10/winexecsvc-exe-false-positive-295007. I also have unitrends backup on this server and have been trying to push out an update from the unitrends and found this.https://support.unitrends.com/ReliableDR/s/article/000005766. I don't know if I should start a clean up process or override it.
