Trusteer causing issues with Outlook &/or AV?

A few of our users are experiencing slowness, hanging and eventual timeout errors in Outlook 2010. On the affected machines, I note the the AV service has stopped running on all of them and restarting the services fixes the problem. However, on shutdown at the end of the day, the issue returns and again the AV service has stopped running.

I note that Trusteer automatically updated right before the issue arose. Anybody know anything about it?
