We upgarded to Trend Micro Worry Free Business 10 Advanced a few months back, after the update was applied we started to notice the Smart Scan Agents taking up to 8 hour before all Clients complete the updates. I have worked with the TrendMicro Support team but they have not been very helpful figuring out the cause of the issue. Has anybody had this issue and what was does to fix it.
