Malware detected but not showing

Hey guys,

I am using Windows Defender on a virtual machine with Windows 8.1 fully updated.

I by accident went into the Microsoft Store and within a few seconds saw "Malware Detected, WD is removing the threat". However when I go into the logs to see what it was, it shows blank.

Any idea what this could be?
