What are the metrics that you use to determine what anti-virus to use?
Other than cost to provided services, such as basic anti-virus vs anti-virus and firewall, how do you justify the prices compared to the product?
How do you justify one as acceptable per HIPAA standards? (My readings indicate that you simply need to have one to be covered but what would be the justification of choosing a cheaper one or a more expensive one in the eyes of an auditor?)
