Anyone else using Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection (their cloud enterprise product)? I've been using it for a couple months now and I've had the most abysmal experience. I had used Malwarebytes Endpoint Security (their on-prem enterprise product) before this and was excited to move to an all-in-one client application and not have all the different agents running. Now I can say that I don't know if it has been worth it.
The support is ridiculously terrible; especially given the cost point of the product. Every single tier 1 agent I have spoken to doesn't seem to know their arse from a hole in the ground. It's impossible to speak directly to a higher tier representative. It's all just tier 1 acting as middle men. They honestly don't seem to even know their own product. It's just an endless back-and-forth of them requesting new sets of log...
