McAfee ePO 5.3.2 and 5.3.1 upgrade fails constantly

Hi all,

Trying to upgrade our ePO from 5.1 to 5.3 and it gets to the end then has a computer says no moment before rolling back all actions. So far the only thing I've understood from the logs is the following:

McAfee's knowledgeBase has this exact section referencedHEREalbeit for new installs not upgrades, but I'm literally lost in the water now. I've got the same question rocking over with McAfee, anyone here want to offer a solution or something else I can look at?
