Wanted to share some information about a Malware/AdWare called "BeFrugal"

An end user came to my colleague with an issue..the symptoms were as follows...
1. Internet Explorer was GONE, and even if you want to control panel to clean it up, all you saw were the very top options like you see in the screen shot.Below this the rest was blank, I instantly knew that this was Mal/AdWare so I scanned the programs and features via control panel. I saw something that said "Cash Back" and automatically knew that is what I needed to get rid of. I tried to get rid of it and it would not budge.

I had run, MalwareBytes, CCCleaner and Error Expert(Licensed version) and surprisingly NONE of these scans picked it up. I went about cleaning up as much as I could then researched how to get rid of "Cash Back" and I was directed to something that said "BeFrugal" as soon as I saw that I went into the Registry and deleted anything...
