As most of you know, ransomware is becoming an increasingly prevalent threat. I, like most, want to help others and prevent this threat from spreading. I've read many long and thorough articles about ransomware prevention, even some on SpiceWorks, and I've gathered some good data so far but I'm still curious as to some other ransomware prevention methods and best practices.
Simple yet valuable is the name of the game for me. Maybe you focus on staff training (something like KnowBe4) or maybe some clever YouTube videos? Maybe you have had great success with a particular anti-ransomware/malware program? Whatever the case may be, feel free to share your best practices and successful actions.I'm just interested in helping my clients and other IT professionals sleep better knowing that their data is safe :)
