Spiceworks and Trend Micro Issue

Every time I try to download Spiceworks to our Server, I keep getting a message saying the file is corrupt or invalid. I believe it has to do with an issue with Trend Micro Office Scan. I've tried to add the program to the exceptions in Trend Micro but I keep getting the same message. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
