Where can I find this path?

Since installing Vipre, I've had the same notification from a server four times now. I'd like to do a manual remediation to get rid of it but, I can't find it. What does this mean:

There's not even a path: 'F:\Departments\Graphics\'. And, what's this 'ARCHIVE_MEMBER:'?

I've deleted the only file in Quarantine of type 'Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT' but, I keep getting this alert on Deep Scans on this server.
